Extreme Hub Manager
Control maintenance for supported Extreme Hub apps. Maintenance stops playback and blocks navigation without signing customers out.
Administrator sign in
Turning maintenance on interrupts connected updated apps within about 10–15 seconds. Older app versions and offline devices cannot receive a new command. Devices that already received it remain blocked offline until an explicit off status arrives.
Customers stay signed in. Ending maintenance reopens the app automatically. Changes are recorded with your administrator username.
Server EPG cache
Load worker status to check the published guide.
Rebuild pulls and indexes the provider’s full guide on the cache server. It does not enable maintenance or sign customers out. The last published cache stays available while rebuilding; failed or mostly expired pulls do not replace it.
